Registration is binding once Presto has accepted the booking and sent an order confirmation.

Invoicing takes place in connection with the course session and has a payment term of thirty (30) days. An administration fee is added to all invoices. No later than seven (7) days before the course session, we will send a notice with times, location, and other details.

Cancellation

Cancellation must always be made in writing and is free of charge up to ten (10) calendar days before the course session. After that, 50% of the course fee will be charged up to two (2) calendar days before the course session. Thereafter, 100% of the course fee will be charged. A booked place may be transferred to another person within the same company.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling must always be made in writing and is free of charge up to ten (10) calendar days before the course session. After that, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the course fee will be charged up to two (2) days before the course session. Thereafter, 50% of the course fee will be charged.

Rescheduling may only be done once (1) per booking. After that, the booking is binding with no possibility of rescheduling or cancellation.

Cancelled Course

In the event of a cancelled course session, the course fee will be refunded. No other compensation will be provided.

E-Learning

E-learning courses cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

Miscellaneous

For company-specific course sessions, the following costs may be added: travel expenses, mileage allowance, daily allowance, and accommodation costs.

Other Information

For company-specific course sessions, you are responsible for providing the premises and meals. Please ensure that the premises are suitable for the number of participants in terms of size and ventilation.

If the course is a practical course where you provide equipment such as lifts, forklifts, excavators, chainsaws, etc., the customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is inspected and approved. Participants must also bring the appropriate protective equipment. If these requirements are not met, the course cannot be conducted due to the safety of the instructor and participants.
